dc.description.abstractThe present Invention relates to a process for the treatment from agroindustrial facilities in particular from slaughterhouses, olive oil process, cheese industries or wine producing facilities by reaction of acidification with the addition of strong acids under agitation conditions and precipitation, according to claim 1. The application of this process to agroindustrial wastewater reduces its level of contamination in tems of organic matter, including dissolved organic matter, monitored by chemical oxygen demand ( total dissolved COD), chemicals included phosphorus, calcium and magnesium, turbidity, total phenols and characteristics absorvances of this type of wastewater. In addition the resulting sludge may be reused, for example, as a fertilizer in agriculture becauseof the hight content of organin matter and nutrients.por
