Abstract: The interest for study the organizational culture began in the year of eighty. The model of contrasting values, develop by Quinn and collaborators show that the life of organization have different forces that emphasize different dimensions of culture. It´s the purpose of this investigation, to establish a relation between the cultural dimensions of the model of contrasting values and the dimensions of work satisfaction and understand how culture influence work satisfaction.
